[Email](https://help.blakemarkdigital.co.uk/email) # Setting up Email forwarding **Forwarding is not reliable, and we do not recommend it.** Forwarded mail damages sending reputation, bouncebacks are silently discarded, and messages relayed from bulk senders can be blocked. Read [why we do not recommend email forwarding](https://help.blakemarkdigital.co.uk/why-we-do-not-recommend-email-forwarding) before setting one up. cPanel Email Forwarder options can be found by clicking the **Forwarders** icon in the **Email** section. Simply select mydomain.com from the dropdown list when Adding a Forwarder and then type sales in the **Address to Forward** box and john.smith@somewhere.com in the **Forward to Email Address** box.
